Job Description:
We are exploring a passionate human resource business partner, who will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various PAN India operational roles like fashion consultants, store managers and team leaders.
Managing end to end employee life cycle which includes sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for offline stores and other retails formats.
Facilitating on boarding and virtual inductions for all new hires.
Collaborating with the hiring managers from PAN India on a regular basis to understand staffing gaps.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build databanks.
Manage performance improvement plans and smooth exit.
Conduct quarterly reward and recognition ceremonies.
Conduct reference checks for new joiners on timely basis.
Prepare hiring dashboards and other MIS reports as per requirement.
Engage employees in weekly/monthly and quarterly fun engagement activities.
Prerequisites:
Candidate should have a masters degree in human resources or similar degree.
0-6 months experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Must possess excellent communication and people management skills.
