Looking for 1-2 years of experience into handling around 50-100 blue collar employees (service engineers, delivery executives, electricians etc.) – payroll, grievances, hiring through agencies & scheduling etc.These blue collar employees will be on third party payroll, the HR executive needs to coordinate with the third party agencies, requirement briefing, end to end vendor management etc.Presentable communication skills, can be from any domain, manufacturing, ecommerce, logistics etc.
