3.Conducting interview of candidates through Video-Conferencing.
4.Preparing MIS of Screening, selection and inductions. Ensuring quality and quantity of screening of prospective candidates .
5.Ensuring quality and quantity of selection of candidates.
6.Ensuring, Quality, Quantity , Documentation procedure of training and office joining formalities is completed , all booklets && forms are duly filled and checked.
7.Proper offer letter issued and copy duly record along with undertaking.
8.Confirming/ Ensuring field duty joining of manager on proper format.
9.Past employment verification of every field Manager.
