Grievance Handling, Business Partnering, Training needs, HR reporting, Employee Relations, HR policies, Employee grievances.
• Process labor disputes/grievances in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint and investigations. Strong knowledge of labor laws and able to handle legal complications around it.
• Establish system, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout the company.
• Implement effective records and documentations in all HR processes.
• Implement company-wide employee communications, events and activities.
• Support in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
