To be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high-level skills in time, negotiation with applicants, and extends offers.
To plan and strategize all the recruitment activities within defined time frames
Establishing relationships with candidates.
Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment
