Manpower searching, telephonic screening, interview scheduling, in person candidate screening, making offers, documentation & MIS.
Planning for induction and orientation of new joinees.
Personnel Management:
Preparing Offer letters, Appointment letters.
Preparing Service certificates, Relieving letters.
Personnel Documentation
Developing an employee MIS – current, separated, terminated, performance reviews MIS and scheduling of reviews on a timely basis.
Updation of Personnel data on the HRIS.
Preparing HR MIS on a periodic basis.
Organisation structure and periodic Updations.
Attendance/Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Weekly & Monthly updation of Clinical & Non-Clinical Staff according to Rota & Attendance records for payroll purposes
Monthly updation of Statutory Registers in soft & physical copies.
Training / Learning & Development:
Assisting Head of HR and other line Managers in Induction and Training
Identification of Training needs and collating new records.
Gap Analysis and Gap Identification basis the quality surveys and customer satisfaction reviews.
Assisting the Head HR in preparing training content
Performance Management
Assisting the Head of HR in implementing performance appraisals
Maintaining Appraisal records and development plans
Employee Welfare
Assisting the Head of HR in developing special HR initiatives that will improve the workforce satisfaction and performance.
Employee Relations
Developing cordial relations with employees and being a contact point for employee
