JOB DETAILS              
 Working with the lead HR to develop manpower planning & budgeting.  Mapping the trends in recruitments, developing a sourcing pool based on the future business expansion plans.  Working closely with lead HR in Succession and Aggregation Planning for the business.  Manpower searching, telephonic screening, interview scheduling, in person candidate screening, making offers, documentation & MIS.  Planning for induction and orientation of new joinees. Personnel Management:  Preparing Offer letters, Appointment letters.  Preparing Service certificates, Relieving letters.  Personnel Documentation  Developing an employee MIS – current, separated, terminated, performance reviews MIS and scheduling of reviews on a timely basis.  Updation of Personnel data on the HRIS.  Preparing HR MIS on a periodic basis.  Organisation structure and periodic Updations. Attendance/Payroll & Statutory Compliance:  Weekly & Monthly updation of Clinical & Non-Clinical Staff according to Rota & Attendance records for payroll purposes  Monthly updation of Statutory Registers in soft & physical copies. Training / Learning & Development:  Assisting Head of HR and other line Managers in Induction and Training  Identification of Training needs and collating new records.  Gap Analysis and Gap Identification basis the quality surveys and customer satisfaction reviews.  Assisting the Head HR in preparing training content Performance Management  Assisting the Head of HR in implementing performance appraisals  Maintaining Appraisal records and development plans Employee Welfare  Assisting the Head of HR in developing special HR initiatives that will improve the workforce satisfaction and performance.
