Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible to support day to day HR Activities related to the Manufacturing Site and in corporate office This includes but is not limited to the following
1. Maintains all statutory requirements related to the manufacturing plant,including submission of returns and strict adherence to the same.
2. Manages the various Contractors engagement, payment of wages, time and attendance, monitoring statutory compliances and agencies associated with the manufacturing unit .
3. Facilitate hiring, confirmation and promotion process for the assigned manufacturing site and beyond.
4. Work with the HR head to develop the training program plan for plant employees and ensure training objectives are being met.
5. Spearhead all the employee engagement initiatives and other events.
6. Execute employee relations initiatives for the site.
7. Support HR head in managing Issues which includes: disciplinary, grievances and performance related
8. Follow the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values, data security and other compliances .
9. Work closely with the compliance Manager to meet the Statutory and customer audit requirements for the site.
10. Manage the HR/Welfare related Admin activities such transport, canteen, security etc.
11. Liaison with Directorate of Factories and Labour authorities in the matters concerned.
12. Extend recruitment support to hire entry and mid level roles at country level.
13.Time to time assigned additional tasks have to be managed other than mentioned above.
14. Support and partner with Plant Manager to ensure smooth functioning of the factory and office.
