Job description
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, Payroll, Attendance, Team Building, employee relations and compliance
Requirements
Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office applications.
Experience with ATS Tools like HRMS, HRIS will be a plus.
