Zebronics is currently looking for a passionate Sr. Executive - HR
The incumbent shall be responsible for various roles & responsibilities within the HR Department. The major KRA shall be, but shall not be restricted to:
Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates for the given profiles. Negotiating salary and closure before given deadlines using various resources.
End to End Lifecycle management of candidates (Hire to Retire)
Employee Engagement
Grievance Handling
Operations
Exit Interview
The candidate shall be required to work on multi tasks as and when required and should be able to prioritise tasks.
Preference:Who can speak multiple languages (Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu and English) - Hindi speaking will be mandatory
