Talent Acquisition and Talent Management handling for Tamil Nadu region
Employee record creation and employee record management
Employee documentation handling & regular branch visits
Induction and training programs
Vendor Management
Compensation & Benefits (Payroll processing, compensation, restructuring etc)
Performance Management System and Performance Measurement system
Employee communications including preparation of appointment letters, confirmation & increment letters, transfer letters, miscellaneous letters
Keep track of confirmation, increments and appraisals of employees
Employee engagement activities for the region
Processing of Full & Final Settlement of exit employees
Processing of all statutory payments like PF, ESIC, LWF, PT
Ensure statutory compliance and complete adherence to HR processes
