Job description
We are looking for suitable HR executive(s) preferably from Chennai for our immediate needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluate candidates through job portals & social networking.
Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate candidate's profile.
Work as a team to fulfill various job positions on time.
Schedule technical interviews in coordination with the team.
Contribute in various phases of recruitment lifecycle from sourcing of candidates to hiring.
Administer various HR records including timesheets, compensation, benefits, etc.
Take additional role in office operations and IT asset management activities.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in screening candidates along with knowledge of various software/IT technologies.
Knowledge/experience in candidate sourcing through social networking.
Proactive, Team Player, Smart and Diligent.
Willingness to take additional responsibilities such as operations management.
