An HR Associate will be responsible for Recruiting, Managing, engaging all with the Employees.
Interviewing and shortlisting candidates, must be very skilled at hiring right talents.
To be active on social media forums, attend career fairs, make cold calls, and visit local college campuses or universities and any other creative methods to locate qualified individuals.
Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking. Co-ordinating with the candidates, arranging interview sessions & Follow-up for feedback.
Salary Negotiation & processing the offers for Selected Candidates and doing onboarding (Joining) Formalities of Candidates. Induction and Orientation Providing PPT presentation to the newly joined employees to ensure they all adhere to the policies and procedures set by the Organisation.
Recruitment analysis, updating the Joining Report on a weekly basis.
PMS (Performance Management Systems) coordination activities.
Handling the employee-related issues at the city Level and escalating the same.
