As the HR Executive must be able to handle :-
Clients requirements for RPO process
Handle the walk- in interview candidates
Handle the Job portals for advertising and response
Handle the attendance and leave management
Handle complete payroll process for employees & employee Welfare
Handle the statutory compliance like PF , ESIC , Shop Act , etc
Must be able to communicate with various statutory authorities and comply
- Must be able to handle Induction & Exit interviews
Qualifications
MBA- HR/Equellent
Skills
