As an HR Executive at Lithium Urban Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective human resource management and employee engagement across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR processes and interactions with Service Providers (SPs) to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
1. Organize, maintain, and update Service Providers Master information as needed in the SF platform.
2. Provide all the necessary inputs for payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments to Service Providers.
3. Conduct weekly meetings with ALL Service Providers of respective clients to address any grievances and concerns related to payments or work-related issues.
4. Collaborate with the Operations team to educate Service Providers on the Company's Code of Conduct (COC) and their agreements, fostering a transparent and compliant work environment.
5. Assess training needs and implement weekly training programs for Service Providers across respective clients to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Maintain records and compile statistical reports regarding attendance data, including shift/daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
7. Plan and execute engagement activities, such as weekly briefings, updating SP information boards, promoting road safety awareness, conducting surveys, etc., to boost employee morale and well-being.
8. Foster a positive and open work environment where Service Providers feel comfortable voicing their concerns, and monitor the 24*7 grievance hotline number for any recorded grievances.
9. Monitor and publish the attrition report on a monthly basis, providing insights and recommendations to the management.
10. Coordinate insurance registrations, claims, and bank details for Service Providers.
1. Possess the ability to understand and analyze the root cause of problems, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making.
2. Demonstrate a good understanding of human behavior to effectively manage and engage with Service Providers.
3. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
4. Proficient in using MS Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
5. Showcase efficient time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively.
