Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Hire-to-Retire lifecycle of an Employee.
Experienced in IT Hiring.
Involved in full recruiting cycle, Efficient in scheduling & coordinating the interview between candidate & client
Sourcing talent through job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.., & scrutinizing them by doing initial pre-screening process.
Analyze the quality of people and discuss job responsibilities to them through phone, Email and conduct interviews through telephonic /face -to- face/ Skype.
Co-ordinate with Internal team for interview process.
Collect feedback from the interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.
Complete the joining formalities by collecting the required documents from employees for background verification, and releasing the offer.
Preparation & Maintenance of reports as per the management requirement like daily report, monthly head count, monthly additions & monthly deletions etc.
Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates from their hiring till separation and post separation as well.
Attendance Management, Leave Management, Mange Onboarding, Manage Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Payroll.
Desired Candidate Profile
Personal Laptop is also a must. (BYOD)
A candidate with minimum graduation in any stream.
Excellent communication skills -Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in HR Domain.
They must be able to work independently and with little supervision, and sometimes they are even required to work remotely.
Previous experience with a travel company is an advantage; not mandatory
Good Communication Skills(Oral and written), Task and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure, Knowledge of Product and Good Computer Skills.
