Job description
We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join us as an HR Executive. You will be responsible for managing all the human resources tasks and policies of the company.
Responsibilities:
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.
Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down into Objectives, Tasks, Roles, and Responsibilities for every single employee.
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Well-versed with all HR functions including recruitment, joining formalities, attendance, leave management, Payroll Processing, Administration, Employee Induction, and engagement activities.
Handling end-to-end recruitment and all Statutory Compliance.
Sourcing the potential candidates from various sources i.e., Job portals, databases, Employee references, etc.
Short-listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates based on process requirements.
Responsible for coordinating the implementation of policies and programs for personnel throughout the organization; assist and advise employees and managers about employment issues.
Email follow-up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave Management HR Executive
Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position.
Payroll Management and Statutory Compliances knowledge of Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Training & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Generalist role Handling End to End Recruitment.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
Constantly engage with department heads to track the risk of attritions or people on notice period and have a pipeline ready
Planning and designing employees' benefits packages and executing the employee's annual review procedures.
Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees.
Analyzing and monitoring all the department's budgets.
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
Counseling employees as and when required.
Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
Other General Administration work
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2 to 5 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
Good conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Good verbal and written communication.
Strong work ethic.
