Roles and Responsibilities:
To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet the business needs.
Sourcing candidates from internal data base and job portals as per the requirement.
To ensure all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements:
Extensive experience in End-to-End recruitment
Minimum 1 year of experience in International recruitment
Should be very good in sourcing, screening, documentation etc.
Good team player.
Should have hands on experience in MS Office skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills in English (added advantage)
