We are looking for HR Executive with strong experience in IT recruitment from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Looking for candidates who can join immediately. This role comprises 60% recruitment and 40% in generalist.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle right from sourcing the suitable candidate to joining and filling up the vacant positions at all levels.
Sourcing resumes from portals Naukri, Linkedin, and Social media. Hands-on Experience in Naukri Boolean Search.
Screening of CVs, Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates, and Salary Negotiation with the selected candidates, background verification, and thorough follow-up aiming at result orientation.
Monitoring and maintaining the database for immediate & future requirements.
Generating reports on the database of candidates interviewed/selected /waitlisted. Maintaining the track of sourced/interviewed candidates.
Assisting in HR operations process on Statutory payments and maintenance.
Assisting in Employee Engagements activities.
Desired candidate profile:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
