Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity. Desired Candidate Profile HR & Admin Executive manages the human resources & administration department by screening and interviewing applicants; preparing payroll; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs; organising for training& learning; performance The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.
