Need experienced HR Executive / Recruitment Executive to manage all recruitment requirements for an e-commerce startup.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Organize and conduct interviews (phone, video or in-person as required), shortlist candidates and negotiate salary offer / terms of engagement.
* Creating effective means of assessing candidates through various skill tests.
* Training for all new and existing recruits.
* Preparation of Appointment/Confirmation/Promotion/Experience Letter.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Proven experience of recruitment.
* Highly confident & self-driven.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Hands on experience in preparing skill assessment tests for candidates.
* Well versed with MS-Excel, Word.
* Should be able to commute to office even in the absence of Public Transport.
