Roles and Responsibilities
® Handling the preliminary recruitment process and joining formalities.
® Facilitating HR Orientation to new joiners.
® Bank account opening and Involved in providing PPEs, uniform, business cards, Id cards etc.,
® Responsible for Preparation & Compilation of Monthly HRMIS Data.
® Diligently Prepared Monthly and Annual HR Presentation for reviews.
® Computerization and Maintenance of Employee’s personal records.
® Responding to payroll inquiries of the clients.
® Preparing Statutory & Other Reports.
® HR Database and Leave records maintenance.
Renewal of factory License, Inspector of Factories related Certificates and updating the Registers.
® Preparing the ESI & PF monthly online process and Professional Tax Payment.
® Liaising with Manager HR to obtain Pollution control board, Fire License and Health Certificate.
® Providing adequate manpower for the production process.
® Responsible for maintaining legal documents of the Contractors.
® Monitoring the CL Attendance.
Benchmark HR practices; develop innovative initiatives and programs to support the creation of a premier employment environment.
Attend interpersonal issues arising at work place & initiating self-discipline activities.
Maintain IF Statutory Register and Submit Returns on Periodical Basis.
Identify the Training need and Schedule Training Programs by coordinating with Trainer
Ensuring timely training programs for all employees
Maintaining Monthly Training Schedule
Feedback collection & Maintaining Training's Feedback Report
