We are looking for HR professionals for our office in Chennai Location (Immediate Joiners Preferred) (Male Candidates Preferred)
Experience : 1 to 2 Years
Shift : General Shift (09.00 AM to 06.00 PM)
Role: HR Executive
Job Location : DLF / Raheja Towers (Anna Salai) (Should be flexible with both the location)
Job responsibilities :
End to End Recruitment
Screening, short listing, Scheduling Interview, Salary Negotiations & Appointment formalities..
Handling mass / bulk recruitment through advertisements, networking, database building and web resources, Campus Hiring.
Scheduling drives/ interviews, keeping track of the offered candidates to ensure their joining.
Employee relations
Payroll Processing
Handling HR Tickets
Qualification:
Post Graduates : MSW / MBA (HR) / MA HRM/Any PG in Human Resources
Skills Required:
Good Interpersonal Skills with Positive Attitude.
Should have good exposure to Excel & Other Microsoft Office related activities.
Should be confident enough to front-end the training activities.
