Induction coordination
Prepare and issue appointment letter as per norms
Co-relate with pre-employment medical checkups for newcomers and annual health check up
Preparation of MIS Report
Monitoring of access control system and employees time attendance
Ensure that their relieving Order is issued only after complying with the rules about notice period unless decided otherwise by management.
