We are looking for Experienced Candidates to handle the following functions
Should have minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment (1 to 3 years).
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral program, etc. for IT hiring / Leadership Hiring.
The job involves working on Mass Hiring, Entry Level hires and Senior Management hiring.
Your job will be to meet various timelines assigned, Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the immediate manager.
Generate references and maintain good networking with existing talent pool and constantly work on generating new leads.
Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Generate and maintain weekly, monthly recruitment reports/dashboards.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Coordinate interviews with the Business team managers and follow up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
