Recruitment - Should be able to handle end to end recruitment cycle.
Post recruitment activities. – Joining formalities, background verification etc, Training coordination.
Payroll Management – Generating attendance and coordinating with payroll partner.
Employee grievance – acknowledging the complaints and maintaining records.
Exit formalities – Conducting exit interviews & relieving formalities.
