Job description
HR EXECUTIVE
Experience: 2-3 Years
(Female Candidates are Preferred)
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Work Location: Chennai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing,
interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Interview candidates.
• Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards
and internally.
• Negotiate salary and Send job offer emails and answer queries about
compensation and benefits.
• Design and run employee training and development programs.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits
information.
• Handling statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, employee leaves
encashment and gratuity.
• Responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll and
ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
