JOB DETAILS
1) Recruitment & Onboarding - In-charge of recruitment of employees and contractors, candidate selection, contractual aspects, compensation & benefits, and on-boarding of employees.
2) Performance Management - Roles and Responsibilities creation by updating job requirements and descriptions and ongoing management, facilitate the periodic appraisal, talent identification, talent review, succession planning for all roles and positions
3) Learning and Certification - Identify and implement individual and group learning solutions, developed by the online training systems or external partners.
4) Company Operations - Coordinate Payroll activities, coordinate Vendor contracts and payments, Track Monthly budgets in relevant areas, maintain company directory and organizational charts
5) Policy Management - Organize and implement management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains Company resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and organizing past and current records.
Required Candidate profile
Individual will be in-charge of full lifecycle of Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance appraisal, talent review & management, Learning and Certifications, Coordination of overall company operations including but not limited to Payroll, Vendor Contracts and Payments, HR and Operational policies and Budget tracking for India operations. Ideal candidate should be able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment will be working closely with India and US Management Teams and is resourceful, adaptable and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
REQUIRED: High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity tools and high fluency in spoken and written English communication.
