Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Administer HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
3. Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
4. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions as needed.
5. Support HR initiatives such as training and development programs, employee engagement activities, and HR metrics tracking.
6. Assist in compliance activities related to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
8. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
1. Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
4. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
7. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
9. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
