Roles and Responsibilities
Analyse requirement according to the specification mentioned by the hiring managers
Source & screen CV's from various channels Job portals, LinkedIn & Social Networks etc
Evaluating the candidate skills a competency including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level and presentation.
Candidates Tracking and follow-up from sourcing, interviews till Offer release and joining.
Onboarding the candidates
Induction & Orientation
Grievance Handling.
Coordinate for payroll processing and other statutory compliances.
Drive the Employee engagement initiative in the region
HR MIS & Report preparations
Requirement
Graduate with good communication skill
Result oriented and should be able to manage the show as an aindividual contributor.
