Roles and Responsibility :
Education/Qualification:
MBA in HR with Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR generalist role.
1. Recruitment
Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department
Sourcing candidatesthat match the desired skills.
Screening thecandidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the casemay be.
Arranging fortechnical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.
Communicating theemployment status to the applied candidates.
Maintaining andupdating the database of the candidates.
2. Induction & Joining Formalities
Coordinate the Inductionand Orientation programs for the New Recruits (Chennai Zone)
Asset Management & Coordination
Preparation of Welcome Mailer for the NewRecruits
3. Training & Development
Coordinate all Trainings in Chennai
Follow up forpre/post training assessment and feedbacks
Compliation ofTraining assessment data
4. Database Management
Maintain personal files foremployees and same to be updated in DMS.
5. Compliance Management
Provide Local Support for Compliance recordsupdation
6. Employee Engagement
Local Spoc for coordinatingEmployee Engagement activities for Chennai.
7. MIS
Monthly MIS for all the activities in the prescribed formats
