Job description Identify high-quality talent by conducting research across various channels, including but not limited to professional networks and recruiting services platforms Partner with Human Resources Team and hiring managers during the intake process to understand business needs, role requirements, target profiles, and expectations in each new role Build and manage talent pools and pipelines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, tracking progress and refining your process as the search evolves Manage third party vendor relationships (payroll, benefits and learning platforms) across our 2 locations in Chandigarh and Pune Partner with EquiLend global HR team on a range of initiatives including compensation, benefits administration, employment legal matters, and LD Assist in managing the Performance Management cycle starting from goal setting to annual performance reviews Assist in all Employee engagement initiatives and other events as part of the diversity and inclusion strategy Advise managers on 1 st level employee relation queries and conflict management Working with the Global HR team in streamlining any existing policies and creation of new policies Partner with our third-party vendor and manage the monthly payroll Required Skills 4+ years of professional work experience in a HR Team Knowledge and experience of working with Indian recruitment market and local employment law Detail - oriented and an organizational powerhouse Creative and tenacious about learning new industries and developing strategies to identify quality high potential and unconventional talent Articulate and professional in both written and verbal communication - able to conduct screening interviews that build candidate interest and assess fit for roles and the company Can exercise independent judgement and problem-solving skills, be a Team Player A true brand ambassador who loves telling people about the company Bonus points for experience with any ATS and HRIS Bachelor s/Master s degree is desirable Role Location Benefits Hybrid working - 50 days per annum to work remotely 30 days vacation calendar annum (plus public bank holidays) Family health insurance for you and your dependents available from first day of employment Personal accidental injury insurance available from first day of employment Annual retreat for all employees - new locations around India each year!
