3. Maintaining the employees data

4. Employees Engagement
5. Joining and Exit Formalities
6. offer Generation HO/ Project Office
7. Itinerary Management
8. Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
9. Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
10. Listing to employees complaints and Resolve the matter end to end.
11. Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle
12. Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team
13. Prior experience working with HRM Softwares
14. Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
15. Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have excellent in communication with pleasing personality.
- Preferences to Central Delhi or South Delhi Candidates.
- Preferences to Immediate Joiner.
- Candidate must be in MS Excel and MS office.
