Responsible for End to end & Coordinates with vendors for recruitment.
v Responsible for HR documentations, maintaining physical & digital personal records.
v Giving a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed by the company.
v Understanding Manpower requisition from the concern department.
v Maintaining data base of selected candidates & preparing required MIS reports.
v Generate Biometric attendance.
v Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
v Preparing Event Budget, ER Calendar & Responsible for ER activities.
v Arrange in house meetings like Skip Level Meeting (SLM), open House meeting, Event preparation meting etc.
v Responsible & taking action of Employees Issues as per company police.
v Roll out, Conduct, and finalize the IJP.
