Roles and Responsibilities
To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines Miscellaneous.
Review and monitor the development of Training Budget and Calendar for all departments based on the needs identified and ensure adherence to the same.
We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources.
Handling the company social media accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have proper experience in HR domain in Payroll, Salary Breakup, bonus, TDS & leave encashment.
Good Communication skills both Written and Verbal.
Candidate with only HR experience must apply.
Must have fair knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed etc.
Excellent communication and presentations skills a must.
