RD Public School ( www.rdpsbetul.org ) is a CBSE accredited co-educational institution with student strength of 5145, and a large team of 360 staff (185 teaching staff ) , nurturing students from nursery to 12th class. It teaches students into streams of science and commerce.
The school has seen exponential growth since its inception in 2007 and is located in a district town Betul, in the southern part of Madhya Pradesh. It is one of the fastest growing institution of South Madhya Pradesh and the enrolment in RDPS is the highest in the town. In fact more than twice the number in any other school and is an aspirational school for parents of Betul.
The school has grown into two campuses with three wings segregated into kids, primary and senior school , spread over a campus area of 7 acres .The school has 120 sections and more than 120 class rooms. Every classroom is a smart digital classroom and currently we have online classes where 40 teachers can teach simultaneously.
Given the exponential growth, we are in the process of both consolidation as well as expansion, with plans to set up extension schools in nearby towns of Betul. Hence the incumbent will have enough opportunities for growth and development.
As a district headquarter, Betel town has a population of about 1.5 lacs and is very well connected to Bhopal, Nagpur, Amrawati (MS ) and Indore by road. It is about 200 km from Nagpur or Bhopal.
