Roles and Responsibilities
The talent acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions. Employer branding, future resource planning, and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the cornerstones of talent acquisition.
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers and delighted on boarding experience
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes)
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs and Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
• Advice hiring managers on interviewing techniques and also advice for change in recruitment tool as and when required.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization through (Internal Job Posting)
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• As required, support HR projects, programs, processes and initiatives.
• Prepare related MIS
• Updating new joining feedback data
• Conducting employee engagement surveys • Initiate employee engagement activities
