Responsibilities
Administering the end-to-end recruitment process with attention to detail.
Collect, compile and analyze HR data and metrics to create meaningful, informed HR decisions.
Planning and designing employees compensation structures according to industry standards.
Executing and monitoring the employee's quarterly/annual review procedures.
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Organizing Employee Engagement events and conferences.
Creating new HR policies, updating the existing ones and ensuring all the employees comply with the organizations HR policies.
Overseeing the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and documenting the details.
Conducting Exit Interviews and handling the Employee's Resignation and Termination Process.
Addressing Workplace grievances in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any field. Masters degree would be a plus.
0-2 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or a similar role in the Human Resources Department.
Experience working on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
Energetic and enthusiastic individual with good conflict resolution abilities.
Active on Social Media Platforms.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional active listening and communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate good People and Leadership Skills.
Ability to work as a part of a team and to manage time efficiently and effectively.
