JOB DETAILS
Conducting recruitment process at the unit level.
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Handling monthly payroll, Attendance and yearly forms for employees.
Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus.
Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
Handling Administration activities like Transportation, Security and Canteen.
Support the team in conducting Meeting and Trainings at Plant level.
Should have Social Audit compliance experience or any other compliance audit experience.
Candidate should have prior working experience with manufacturing industries.
