Job description
We are looking to add to our HR Team an HR Executive/Sr. Executive with outstanding HR/administration and communication skills. We are looking for superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Support HR Manager and HR Team on all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain and update records of employees in digital, electronic, and physical forms.
Work on recruitment and bring in talent as per requirement.
Maintain calendars of the HR Management team.
Manage, update and maintain the completion of HR documentation and records.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, etc.
Assist with managing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Produce and submit reports as and when required/requested by the Manager.
Provide administrative support to the HR & facilities team.
