Job description
General Skill :
Handling end-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing candidates from job portals, social media and other references
Handling payroll, leaves, job advertisement and events, JD creation, performance appraisal, interview and employer branding
Responsibilities :
The Selected candidate would be responsible for understand the hiring requirements and fulfill the same through end to end recruitment process
Writes job descriptions for needed positions.
Sourcing Candidates using different sources like Job Portals, Internal Database and References.
Screening profile, Short listing, Scheduling Interviews of shortlisted candidates.
Onboarding Process.
Requirements :
Proven Experience in Recruitment
Hands on Experience in Sourcing, screening, shortlisting and scheduling interview.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong analytical sense and organization skills.
Excellent time Management and Multitasking Skills.
Individual Contributor along with a Team Player.
Qualification : Any graduation/post-graduation with relevant experience
