Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Sourcing the manpower for on roll/contractual roll as per requirements
• Onboarding all the new recruits
• Fulfilling routine commitments i.e., Ensuring contractual manpower as per requirements
• Maintenance and up-dation of Personnel Records i.e., leave, attendance, Wage & Salary
Register
• Ensuring enrollment of all contractual workers under ESIC. Facilitate issuing ESIC Cards,
Opening of Bank Account etc.
• Ensuring implementation of HR Policies & Procedures
• Grievance handling
• Ensuring transfer of Wage/Salary on or before 7 th day of every month
• General Administration i.e., Security/Housekeeping/Horticulture/monitoring of CCTV
footage/Scrap Sale & etc.
• Liaising with Govt department particularly Labor/Pollution Board/HSIIDC
Skills Required: -
• Sound knowledge of Savior Attendance System
• Sound knowledge of MS Word/Excel
• Must have knowledge of Labor Laws
• Data Analysis i.e., absenteeism/attrition Roles and Responsibilities
