Job description
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events
What you will do :
The Coordination Services Sr. Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Managers / coordinators that supports recruiters in managing stakeholder relationships, driving automation skills, and managing the immigration process within the recruitment process. The manager will ensure the successful delivery of coordination services to enable the recruitment team to meet their objectives .
Strategic Oversight: The manager of the people manager would be responsible for providing strategic direction to the HR Operations team and ensuring alignment with the organizations overall objectives.
Performance Management: They would be responsible for evaluating the performance of the people manager and their team, providing constructive feedback, and identifying training and development opportunities.
Resource Allocation: The manager would be responsible for assigning tasks and responsibilities to the people manager, ensuring they have the necessary resources to execute their duties effectively.
Talent Management: The manager would oversee the recruitment, training, development, and retention strategies for the team, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet organizational objectives.
Policy Development: They would be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to guide the operations of the team.
Decision Making: The manager would make key decisions that affect the HR operations, such as budget allocations, technology investments, or process changes.
Risk Management: They would identify and manage potential risks and issues related to HR operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Stakeholder Management: The manager would maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners, and act as the primary point of contact for HR-related concerns.
Continuous Improvement: They would drive continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Conflict Resolution: The manager would mediate and resolve any conflicts that arise within the team or between the team and other departments.
Change Management: They would oversee and manage change within the team, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of organizational change.
Reporting: The manager would be responsible for tracking and reporting on the teams performance, providing insights and recommendations to the senior leadership.
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and guide others towards goal achievement. Ability to lead by example and foster collaborative team environments.

What you will bring in :
10+ yrs years of experience in HR Operations role or equivalent experience in Service Operations.
Any Graduate
Good to have sound knowledge of Recruiting Services process, Workday and Service Now.
