Job Description: HR Recruiter/Executive (Lead Generation) - Entry Level

Salary : upto 3 LPA
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter/Executive to join our team and assist with lead generation activities. This position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to our hiring efforts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential job candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Engage with prospective candidates via phone calls, emails, and messaging to assess their interest and qualifications for relevant job opportunities.
Screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate the recruitment process between candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements:
