Responsibilities Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transactional in nature. Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the key standard operating procedures and guidelines. Support the manager in the management of workflow and reporting. 'The incumbent will support ASIAPAC On:- Perform Onboarding procedures for new joiners - Commencement Administration:- Interact with counterpart and facilitate trainings and induction program such as- Sending Welcome emails, My Learning, Induction Report etc.. - Documentation & Background Check:- Coordinating with the external candidate for the personal file documentation & parallelly initiation the verification in vendor portal. - MyHR- To provide the call & email support from 3PM to 6PM IST every day. Manage the Human Resource (HR) Application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable Widely work on PeopleSoft tool. Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC) Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received Human Resource (HR) Reporting Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyse the report trends Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC) Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received MyHR - Provide Policy and Procedural support to staff - both Verbal and Written communication Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC) Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received Financial accounting Prepare and post Journal entries related to Human Resource (HR) payments Perform reconciliation of monthly payroll and Human Resource (HR) accounts Prepare and post entries for accruals and provision. Human Resources (HR) Executive Requirements and Qualifications Comfortable working in a highly visible role Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Honest, ethical, and dependable Experienced in conflict resolution processes Positive, go-getter attitude Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable Bachelor/Master’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field 2-3 years management experience in HR (Especially handling ASIAPAC region) Profile required Educational Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree Range of Experience: 2 to 3 yrs Functional: Knowledge of process/functions within the Human Resource (HR) back office domain such as Recruitment & Onboarding, Documentation & Background Check, Workforce Administration. - Good client management skills- Flexible to work across shifts and time zones. Ability to drive results and function independently as an Subject Matter Expert (SME). Display solidarity with team members and partners. Ability to grasp and understand the process quickly and support the team members. Technical: Good knowledge of MS Office Tools. Good Knowledge Process mapping & Process documentation. Good Knowledge of MIS and reporting to work on daily/weekly/monthly reports. Experience of working on HRIS systems (PeopleSoft & Taleo).
