Quantitative Trading Desk, a division of SMC Global Securities Ltd is looking to hire HR Executive for Bangalore Location.
Location- Bangalore
Salary- 3 lpa- 4lpa
Responsibilities
Attendance, Time-management, Updating leave status etc. in HRIS
HR Operational work like maintaining MIS, employee records, details and
General Administration including approvals
Maintenance of compliance forms of employees
Conduct new employee orientations and induction.
Employee engagement activities including weekly activities, birthdays celebrations, festivals, and other engagement.
Handling employee grievances.
Publish or post job vacancy on job portals
Resume screening as per requirement and Schedule the job interviews
Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.
Requirements:
MBA in HR
Proven work experience of at least 1-2 years as an HR Executive or similar role
Excellent Oral & Written communication skills.
Preferable from Bangalore
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
