JOB DETAILS
Should able to handle complete End to End Recruitment
Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
Sourcing resumes through Job portals , other sources , head hunting and references
Screening profiles according to the job specifications, scheduling of interviews, follow up on interview feedback and co-ordinate the entire hiring process, including the offer release till the selected candidate joins the organization
Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates for successful on boarding.
Handling the Induction & training if any on joining of the new joinees
Preparation and filling of HR letters/ documents viz offer letters, appointment letters etc
Maintain /Update Leave Records of all employees
Managing inputs for payroll Process, preparing salary slips
Ensure statutory compliance for PF withdrawal, Monthly challans
Knowledge of EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity
Maintain training records, training needs and facilitate further employee training
Assist in the performance management process, KPIs setting, measurement & recording the performance level
Handling Employee Engagement activities
Attrition management, handling of full and final settlement process
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have completed full-time MBA/PGDM HR from a reputed institute
Should have 2-5 years relevant work experience
Should have handled non-IT recruitments
Excellent communication skills & strong Inter- personal and negotiation skills
Should be able to work independently and in teams
Should posses strong MS Excel, Word and presentation skills.
Experience on SAP/Peoplesoft would be good.
