Roles and Responsibilities
Managing Unit HR functions, Monitor & Drive overall employee development of the unit
Ensure compliance with all internal & external statutory & legal requirements
Facilitate development of employees through training, Performance Management and development activities
Monitor employee satisfaction and drive employee involvement & commitment towards achieving business targets
Maintain cordial employee relations and drive high level of HR productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: MBA- HR from a recognized University
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience is required preferable in hospitals
