Job description Job Description: Human Resource Executive & Talent Acquisition Company: Ridham Enterprise Pvt Ltd Position: Human Resource Executive & Talent Acquisition Location: Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Mumbai (Work from Home) Job Summary: Ridham Enterprise Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and proficient Human Resource Executive & Talent Acquisition specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources practices and processes. This role will encompass talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The position requires a proactive and strategic individual capable of supporting the growth of our company by ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talents. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with occasional requirements to visit our offices in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality employees. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. - Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong company culture. - Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. - Manage HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and company policies. - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. - Handle employee grievances and create resolutions in a timely and effective manner. - Provide decision support through HR metrics and data analysis. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. - Proven working experience as HR executive or other HR roles. - Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
