1. Set objectives for the HR operations team and track progress
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
3. Manage HR analytics & dashboards - MIS daily and weekly
4. Handle joining & exit formalities & other engagement activities
5. Take proactive steps in audit support and vendor payments
6. Monitor internal HR systems and databases
7. Design and implement company policies
8. Act as a point person for all staff regarding HR matters
9. Recommend and implement new software and tools that meet employees with personnel information needs
10. Handle background verification and employee file management
11. Ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly, and contribute to a healthy work environment
