Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Hiring front end operators through various channels like referrals, Quikr and Indeed.
On-board new employees and HR induction in order to become fully integrated.
Handling HR Generalist activities
Employee Engagement and grievance handling
Looking after employee relations and performance Management.
Attendance Management of Store Operators
HR counselling for non-performers in the store.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduated from a reputed University
2-3 Years of Experience in end to end recruitments
Experience in HR Operations
Should be well versed in using various job posting sites and recruitment portals.
Strong organizational, analytical, self-management and goal setting skills.
Must be good in English, Hindi and any of the regional languages
Good communicational and coordination skills
Immediate Joiners or Candidates with Notice Max of 15 Days preferred.
